• Trademark Disclaimer: Rawan Fragrances offers "inspired-by" scents. Any names, trademarks, or copyrights mentioned are the property of their respective manufacturers and/or designers. Rawan Fragrances has no affiliation with these manufacturers or designers. Our interpretations are created through chemical analysis to provide customers with an idea of the scent profile. We do not intend to mislead the customer or infringe upon the trademark of any designer brand.

3. Product Usage & Safety

• Our products are concentrated perfume oils for external use only.

• Patch Test: We strongly recommend performing a skin patch test before full application. Rawan Fragrances is not liable for individual allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

• Keep products away from heat, direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across India using third-party logistics partners.

• Delivery timelines are estimates. Rawan Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

• Shipping costs (if any) will be displayed at the time of checkout.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

• Returns: Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.

• Refunds: In case of damage, please provide an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery to info@rawanfragrances.com to initiate a refund or replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rawan Fragrances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malappuram, Kerala.
