At Rawan Fragrances, we strive to ensure our perfume oils reach you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products (hygiene and safety), we follow a strict return policy.
1. Returns & Exchanges
• Non-Returnable: Since perfumes and oils are personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you "do not like the fragrance" or change your mind.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a leaking bottle, broken glass, or the wrong scent, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
2. How to Claim for Damage
• To process a replacement or refund for damage, an unboxing video is mandatory. Please record a video while opening the parcel to show the condition of the seal and the bottle.

3. Refunds
• Once your claim is verified, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (via PhonePe/Bank) within 7 working days.
• Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
